Pongé silk is a tightly woven silk, more tightly woven than for instance Chiffon silk. Most people think about Pongé silk when they think about silk. Available in meters or on a roll.

Because Pongé silk is a bit more dense than other silks it requires a bit more care and experience to felt into it. We advice to use as fine of a merino wool as possible (for instance our 19.5 micron) in order to make the wool felt into the silk easier.
