When you order with us, you declare to be in agreement with these conditions.
Orders
Orders can only be placed in the webshop, after loggin in to the customers wholesale page
Prices
All invoices will be issued in Euro (€)!
Prices exclude shipping, administration costs and customs.
For delivery within the European Community, a valid VAT number is required.
For unexpected market related significant price changes, De Witte Engel V.O.F. retains the right to pass this on
without the obligation to announce it separately. If, in spite of careful preparations, mistakes are found in
the catalogue or pricelist, the real price will be charged and not the faulty one.
De Witte Engel V.O.F. cannot be held responsible for eventual damage resulting from this.
Minimum order
Articles are being sold per Selling Unit (SU). Minimum order amount €85,–
Delivery time
In general, De Witte Engel V.O.F. can deliver the articles from stock. The actual delivery time depends upon the
destination and the chosen form of transportation. Products that are not in stock are not placed in backorder and
must be re-ordered. Delivery times directly after shows/fairs can be extended. We ask for your understanding.
Delivery agreements
De Witte Engel V.O.F. cannot be held responsible for (consequential) damage when unable to fulfil the agreements
due to circumstances beyond one’s control.
Examples are: production problems, problems with delivery organizations and/or lacking deliveries, resulting
in delivery or production problems. Nor can we be held responsible when unable to fulfil our obligations due to natural
disasters, war or other happenings beyond our control.
Delivering fabrics and patterns
An allowance of +/-10 % of the ordered length of fabrics is permitted, without prior consultation with the client. Returning cut fabric is not possible.
Separate patterns from kits are not supplied, unless they are taken up as such in the program. On an order below the SU a surcharge of 10% can be calculated.
Shipping costs for all countries other than Holland or Germany:
The risks and costs of delivery of goods are for the recipient. All prices are ex works. When requested, we can adjust
the shipment, whereby shipping costs are accounted for in the invoice. However, De Witte Engel V.O.F. cannot be held
responsible in any way for events, which occur after handing the shipment over to the transporter. All eventual damage
and (consequential) damage which takes place after the goods leave De Witte Engel V.O.F. warehouse, are for the
recipient. All import duties, insurance charges and other costs are for the receiver.
Returning goods
Goods can only be returned after consent from De Witte Engel V.O.F., within 30 days after delivery, well packed
and undamaged. Unannounced and unstamped goods will be refused.
Returning goods after being used in any way is not possible. One no longer has the right to return do-it-yourself kits or
other packed goods after being opened.

Shipment only occurs after prepayment to account number:

Complaints and disputes
When not satisfied with the delivered goods and services, contact can be made with De Witte Engel V.O.F. .
We will try to find a solution together with the client. If, despite mutual efforts, a dispute remains then it shall be brought before a Dutch judge.

De Witte Engel V.O.F. can be reached Monday through Thursday between 8:30-16:00 (GMT) and on Friday between 08:30-12:00 (GMT).

All goods remain property of De Witte Engel V.O.F. for as long as full payment is not received!
