Shipping times

We always try to ship your order in one or two workdays, depending on time differences.

Delivery times depend on where you are located in the world.

Note: Always order well in advance. Although we generally deliver quickly, we have no influence on the speed of the carriers themselves.

Shipping costs consumer orders

Shipping costs are calculated depending on country and weight of the parcel. For orders outside of the European Union we will pick the order, weigh it and send you a new pro forma with the actual shipping costs. If you accept and pay that pro forma invoice, we will ship your parcel out. This way we can give you accurate shipping costs for your specific order.

Below you find a list of the shipping costs we calculate per location and weight. These costs are for one parcel. If your order is split in multiple parcels, these costs will be charged for each individual parcel.

Why are the shipping costs so high when I only order something very small?

The reason you pay the same shipping costs for both something very small and something very large is that the shippers no longer allow us to send goods in envelopes by letter post. This means that every order, no matter how small, falls under our basic shipping rate because we also have to pay that to the sender.

Our tip: look ahead and add something to your order if necessary, that way you save on shipping costs!

Shipping providers

We ship through DPD and PostNL. The particular provider depends on your address and on the weight of the parcel. We always try to ship as efficient as possible, to keep shipping prices as reasonable as possible!

Also these shippers offer excellent track and trace options and deliver reliably. In some cases and for some countries we might have to ship through a different shipper. In this case this will be indicated in the shipping options part of the checkout proces.

In some fringe cases we will need to use another shipping provider. We will notify you in advance if this is the case.

If we sent the parcel with PostNL, the delivery to certain countries will be done through the local postal distributor.

Track and trace

Most of our parcels will be sent with a track and trace code. This will be sent to you via e-mail and allows you to follow your parcel from our door to yours! If you did not receive a track and trace code, do not panic yet! Small items are sometimes sent in an envelope and these will not have a track and trace code.
