In order to offer you and your clients this creative pleasure, the team at Meaningful Crafts strives for the highest quality for our products and services. Therefore, we also do our very best to fill your order correctly and to take care of the quality of our items. Sometimes things go wrong, especially just before lunch, and we want to apologize for these mistakes in advance!

When, maybe in hunger, we did something wrong or something is otherwise not in order, we appreciate it if you let us know. We take your complaints very seriously and try to find solutions, with your assistance, when possible.

Warranty

We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. Nevertheless, an order can be broken during transport or something else might happen that entitles you to warranty. Legally speaking, you are obliged to report to us within two months of finding the defect. If the defect is within the warranty, we will repair the product or find a replacement for the product free of charge.

Complaints

There is a possibility that something might happen which is not according to plan.
