If you have purchased something as a private individual at Meaningful Crafts, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within a period of 30 days.
You don't have to give a reason for this, but of course we appreciate it if you want to. We may then be able to make improvements to the relevant products or our services on the basis of this information.
During the withdrawal period (legally 14 days, with us 30 days) it is allowed to try out the product as you could do in our physical store. You may remove the product from the packaging for this purpose, unless the packaging is provided with a seal (such as, for example, with bottles with paint). You take care not to damage the packaging unnecessarily. If you have done more than was necessary to assess the product and if this has resulted in signs of use or damage or if you have used (a part of) the product, we can charge you for this.
The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day on which the product is received by you or a third party designated by you.
If you have ordered several goods with different delivery times in one order, the withdrawal period will expire 30 days after the day on which the last product or part is received by you, or a third party designated by you.
The moment you have agreed on a regular delivery of products with us, the withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, take physical possession of the first product.
To make use of your right of withdrawal, you must return the product to us within 14 days at the latest, including a notification with name and order number (or via the fill-in form), that you invoke your right of withdrawal.

If possible, you must return the product in its original packaging and in any case provide adequate protective packaging that is suitable for the product in question. Usually the original shipping packaging is ideally suited for this.
Refund and Fees
In the event of a cancellation of the entire order, you will receive the entire payment, including the costs for the return shipment. If you only return part of your order, you will only receive the costs of the returned items from us. This will happen as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days after you have indicated that you wish to make use of the right of withdrawal. We will refund you with the same payment method you used to pay us, unless you agree on a different method with us.
You bear the costs and risk of the return shipment yourself. We estimate that these costs will be approximately € 7.00 or a maximum of double the shipping costs that we have charged you for sending the order. However, this amount may be higher for some heavy or large shipments and with some carriers or shipping methods. See www.postnl.nl or www.dhlforyou.nl for the rates of the most common shipping methods. If necessary, ask us for advice in choosing a suitable carrier.
The right of withdrawal is excluded for:
- Deliveries to persons and legal entities who purchase the goods commercially.
- The supply of single editions of magazines.
- Products made to your specification.
- Products that are tailor-made especially for you.
