Ox (and Donkey) completes the nativity scene!

After making the easel (with the clear schematic work description) I made the ox. The work description for this is a large wall of text. Unclear and incomplete on some points. Because I had made the easel first, I still managed to put the ox together well. So if you make the whole nativity scene, do the donkey first and then the ox.
