De Witte Engel 100 % wool TrueFelt 3 mm is one of our most popular brands! TrueFelt is made of 100% wool from South American and European sheep breeds and is made in Europe! TrueFelt is guaranteed to be Mulesing free. This 100% wool felt contains 70-100% merino wool supplemented with other soft European wools. We offer TrueFelt in more than 20 unique colours!
Safe and responsible
TrueFelt is ökotex certified and is dyed according to European legislation and complies with EN71. This guarantees that it is natural, responsible, toxin-free and safe for children. This makes TrueFelt our favourite fabric for our making kits!
It does not fray or stretch if used carefully. Because of the 100 % wool composition of TrueFelt, it is not flammable and can be used in multiple other applications as well, such as for architectural purposes as well as heat and sound insulation.
TrueFelt is a bit woollier and fuller than most wool felt on the market.
BioFelt
The natural, un-dyed options of TrueFelt are called BioFelt. BioFelt comes in 6 earthy colours, directly from sheep into felt.
